It's been estimated that a 23% decrease in gas prices adds about $100/month to the average American's income. This equates to a 11% boost in purchasing power when buying a new home! Mortgage rates have recently fallen as well, and have resulted in a 7% boost to the purchasing power of buyers in our market!
